Photography

Our Photography major is officially the fastest growing new major in the history of JBU. This program was created to compete in curriculum and capability with the tops schools in the nation. We offer a traditional darkroom, digital darkroom, photography studios and top notch equipment that is available to our students in order to bring them the best education and experience possible.

Today, photography has become a powerful means of communication and a mode of visual expression that touches human life in many ways. Our photography majors are equipped to enter many fields including commercial photography, studio photography, publishing industry, and to engage in various social-documentary projects through different media outlets.
