Commencement
Instructions to Graduates
Saturday, December 19, 2009, Commencement Day (Masters Students)
12:30 pm - Doors open to the Cathedral of the Ozarks. Guests with disabilities may enter through the north entrance. Other guests may enter through the main (west) entrance. There is no reserved seating.
- 1:00 pm - All graduating students report to Jones Recital Hall for group pictures. Please leave valuables such as purses, cell phones, keys, etc. with friends or family. Jones Recital Hall is not monitored or secured during the ceremony. Family and guests are not allowed in this area during pictures and line-up. Processional line-up will begin at 1:30 p.m.
- 2:00 pm - Commencement for all graduating students in the Cathedral of the Ozarks.
Reception for graduates, family and guests immediately following Commencement in the Walker Student Center sponsored by the Office of Alumni & Parent Relations.
There will be no commencement rehearsal. Students are to familiarize themselves with the Procedures.
