Step 4: Submit a Deposit
Submitting the Tuition/Housing Deposit* can be completed at any time during the application process and is the best way to show your interest in John Brown University. The cost will cover a student's room deposit and Orientation fee. It is fully refundable before May 1 for Fall students and December 1 for Spring students.
JBU uses the deposit date of a student to assign class registration times and housing preferences. The sooner a student deposits, the more likely he/she is to get desired class schedules and housing choices.
Students are required to live on campus unless they are 22 years of age or older, married, a senior (90 credit hours), or living with parents.
*Deposit amounts:
$200 before January 1
$250 Jan. 1 - Feb 28
$300 March 1 - August enrollment.
