"The Guide to Federal Student Aid" is published by the U.S. Department of Education. This is the updated 2007-2008 edition.

The Financial Aid Information Page is a comprehensive site full of financial aid information.

When investigating scholarships, beware of any organization that asks you to pay a fee to help you "find" funds. You can get the same information free of charge from locations like those listed above.
