Branson, Mo. (November 9, 2007) — John Brown struggled to find their shooting touch against Lindenwood (Mo.) on day one of the Ozarks Classic. The women couldn’t regroup from a 27-12 halftime deficit and fell 44-36.

Ashley Taylor led John Brown (1-2) with 11 points and 13 boards. Amber Vogts pitched in with six.

Natalie Hooss had 13 for Lindenwood.

John Brown faces William Jewell (Mo.) on Saturday at 1 p.m.
