To make an appointment, please visit our secure online intake form. Fill the form out in its entirety. Hit submit, and it will go directly to the Student Counseling Center. All information is kept confidential.
After we receive your form, we will contact you to schedule an appointment at a time that will work for you.
Intake forms submitted will be responded to by a Student Counseling Center staff person within a week.
