Event Request Forms should be submitted at least one week prior to your event. We cannot guarantee the processing or completion of your event if forms are received after that time.

Submission Instructions for current faculty, staff, or students at JBU.

All meetings and events should be scheduled through the Meeting Request feature in Microsoft Outlook, whether you need event services (set-up, media, catering) or not.

If your event does not require event services, simply complete a meeting request inviting that room.

If you do require event services, you will need to attach an event request form to your meeting request prior to sending. You may also attach any additional documents such as diagrams to the meeting request.

Submission Instructions for outside groups
All meetings and events should be scheduled through the Office of University Events. Contact the office by email: events@jbu.edu or phone: 479.524.7416 to determine room availability. Once your room has been confirmed by the office staff, submit a completed event request form by email: events@jbu.edu or fax: 479.524.7419
