The Need

Crumbling and deteriorating exterior walls   Crumbling and deteriorating exterior walls   Cracked and loose stained glass window pains
50 years of exposure to the elements caused the exterior concrete block walls of the Cathedral Group to begin crumbling and deteriorating. However, since the completion of the project, the interiors have been safe from moisture penetration and mold.   The 35-to-50 year old mechanical systems in the Cathedral and Engineering buildings were updated as part of the project. Also, the roofs of all three buildings have been replaced.   The stained glass windows were restored and repaired. The window panes that were once cracked and bulging loose are now solid pieces of art that beautify the interior as well as the exterior of the Cathedral.
