Master of Business Administration (MBA)

With more than 200 students enrolled, JBU has one of the largest MBA programs in Arkansas. But we keep our classes small, with about 20 students per class. You will receive personalized instruction from faculty who are leaders in their fields, working in Fortune 500 companies by day and sharing what they’ve learned in our classrooms at night.

MBA students can choose an emphasis in Leadership and Ethics or International Business.

Graduate Business classes are held online and evenings at JBU educational centers in Fort Smith, Little Rock and Rogers.

4 Reasons to get an MBA at JBU:

  • Global perspective – You won’t just learn about international markets in a classroom, you’ll have the opportunity for first-hand cultural business experiences in places like China, Brazil, Guatemala and Ireland.
  • Experienced faculty – At JBU, you’ll learn from men and women who have extensive academic training and years of real-world experience at companies like Walmart, Procter & Gamble, Saatchi and Saatchi X, Li & Fung and ServiceMaster. Check out our faculty list.
  • More than just the bottom line – Healthy businesses have healthy profits. But truly successful organizations do more than just generate revenue. They make the world a better place. At JBU, you’ll learn how to use your leadership skills and entrepreneurship for the greater good.
  • Unique focus on Christian values – At JBU, we believe in education of the whole person – head, heart, hand. All of our courses are taught from a Christian worldview, with faculty who are committed to the academic and spiritual growth of our students.
