Great Careers

Our graduates work for small startup companies, non-profit organizations, large retail companies, suppliers and distributors, and some of the largest accounting firms in the world. In addition, many of our graduates have gone back to school for master’s degrees in business and other areas of study.

Steven Madsen, a management graduateSteven Madsen, 2011
Graduate student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary

“I am incredibly thankful for the time I spent at JBU as a business student. Not only did my degree lead to a management position, it prepared me for the responsibilities of life. My involvement with SIFE (Enactus), combined with my degree in business, immediately led to a management position with Finish Line shoes in Dallas, Texas. The experience I gained at JBU allowed me to jump into a position that normally required one and a half years of experience. Despite this great opportunity, I felt the Lord leading me back to school to pursue a Master of Divinity. As I enter into vocational ministry I will be using the business knowledge I gained at JBU to plant churches and form teams. My degree has proven to be useful within a corporate setting as well as many other contexts.”
