Graduate Programs Marketing Project Manager
Position summary
The Marketing Project Manager/Writer for Graduate Studies is a part-time 20 hours/week position, and will work closely with the University Communications team to implement marketing and communication efforts for Graduate Studies. This person will be involved in crafting brand language for the three graduate programs and coordinating or creating content for all graduate marketing materials.

Position Responsibilities
- On a day to day basis, work with the graduate program directors and student recruitment staff to identify marketing needs.
- Work with the University Communication team to fill content marketing needs related to the University’s graduate programs.
- Write marketing copy for the graduate programs for use in all marketing materials.
- Perform quality control on all graduate studies marketing materials.
- Identify and advocate marketing and communication opportunities specific to graduate studies within university communications.
- Report on marketing and communication progress to the Graduate Studies dean on a regular basis.
- Perform other tasks needed to successfully implement the graduate studies marketing and communication program.
- Attend University Communications meetings and participate in University Communications team functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong writing and editing skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
