Basketball signs Dulles High Standout

Siloam Springs, Ark. (May 18, 2010) — JBU Basketball signs forward from Texas Adrian Kuyinu, a 6’4” forward from Dulles High School in Sugarland, TX has signed a letter of intent to play basketball for John Brown University in the fall. Adrian averaged 14 points and 8 rebounds a game and was named All-District. He has been a varsity starter for three years.

Dulles Head Coach Mike Carrabine says, “Adrian has been a very good player for us. He plays with a lot of energy and effort, and has been part of a very successful run we have had at Dulles. He will be a good player for JBU.”

JBU Coach Clark Sheehy says, “We look forward to having another player from Dulles High School (Current Golden Eagles Abel and Thomas Galliguez played at Dulles). Adrian is a very competitive player, and has been a part of a high school program that has won over 90 games in three years. We are glad he’s going to be a Golden Eagle.”
