Adrienne Kennedy signing letter of intent to play women's soccer at JBU next fall.

Siloam Springs, Ark. (February 24, 2011) — Adrienne Kennedy, a 5-5 forward/midfielder from Siloam Springs, Ark., has signed a national letter of intent to play women’s soccer for John Brown University in the fall.

Kennedy has been a member of the Siloam Springs High School Panthers’ soccer team since 2008.  During that time, she’s garnered numerous athletic and academic accomplishments which include the following:

  • Arkansas Academic Scholar
  • Class 5A All-State Selection: 2008, 2009, and 2010 (selected by AAA)
  • Offensive Player of the Year: 2008, 2009, and 2010 (selected by coaches)
  • Team Captain: 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Adrienne, the daughter of Bobby and Melanie Kennedy, plans to major in digital media and minor in education.
