‘Drive-Thru Difference Day’ to Encourage Random Acts of Kindness
Siloam Springs, Arkansas (November 8, 2011) — KLRC’s ‘Pay it Forward’ campaign is set to impact restaurants all over Northwest Arkansas when the ‘Drive-Thru Difference Day’ happens on Thursday, Nov. 10. KLRC listeners are invited to join hundreds of others in Northwest Arkansas who will make a positive difference by simply paying for the car behind them in the drive-thru line.
Participants can download an official Drive-Thru Difference Day Note at KLRC.com to give to drive-thru attendants to be passed onto the person behind them with their order. These notes explain the campaign and invite the recipient to take part as well.
KLRC is encouraging participants to call 877-KLRC-101 and share stories about their ‘Drive-Thru Difference Day’ experience.
This is the fourth year that 101.1 KLRC and Arvest Bank have joined forces to spread goodwill throughout Northwest Arkansas by encouraging people to ‘Pay It Forward’ through random acts of kindness. During the month of November KLRC listeners are asked what they would do to ‘Pay it Forward’ if they were given $101.
