But we had a bowl shot back then...

(October 20, 2003) — (Little Rock-AP) -- Little Rock city officials say that tailgating for Razorbacks games at War Memorial Stadium have gotten out of hand. In the hours before the game against North Texas a month ago, a couch was set on fire, a police officer was hit by a car and some revelers tipped over portable toilets. Many fans started lining up for their spot at six in the morning, 12 hours before kickoff. Parks and Recreation Director Bryan Day says the city will now enforce bans on beer kegs, bottles and open fires. Gas generators and portable toilets will be banned. Also, Day says cars will not be allowed in the park or on the golf course until eight hours before kickoff.
