(November 6, 2003) - (Rogers-AP) -- A bank employee at Community Bank in Rogers says he knew something wasn't right as soon as he handled a certain new 20 dollar bill. He says the bill looked authentic but didn't feel right. The bill turned out to be counterfeit and the Secret Service is investigating. The agency says two counterfeit 20-dollar bills have surfaced recently at Arkansas banks. New 20 dollar bills were introduced last month and are being touted as having several security features. Those include a watermark image, an embedded vertical plastic strip and color-shifting ink.
