(June 8, 2004) - (Little Rock-AP) -- United States and Arkansas flags at state offices are flying at half-mast this week in honor of former President Ronald Reagan, who died Saturday. Governor Mike Huckabee has ordered the flags fly at half-staff through Sunday. Huckabee also ordered state offices to stay open on Friday, a day that President Bush has declared a National Day of Mourning. Most federal offices will be closed on Friday. Huckabee says the state offices will remain open that day so that they can serve the citizens of the state.
