Volleyball Struggles on the Road

Siloam Springs, Ark. (September 25, 2007) — John Brown women's volleyball fell on the road Tuesday night to College of the Ozarks (Mo.) 3-0 (14-30, 19-30, 27-30).

JBU struggled early on, but started to find their groove in the third game. Ozarks, however, kept their momentum and was able to close it out in three.

Amber Wilson led JBU with nine kills and Laurae Marty had seven.

Aubrey Junker totaled four aces and 12 digs. Shannon Proctor also recorded 12 digs.

John Brown returns home this upcoming weekend to face conference foes, Lubbock Christian (Texas) on Friday at 7 p.m. and Wayland Baptist (Texas) on Saturday at 1 p.m.
