JBU Blanketed by Ice Storm

Siloam Springs, Ark. (January 30, 2009) — A major ice storm moved through Northwest Arkansas January 26-28. For the first time in decades John Brown University closed campus and cancelled classes on January 28. Only the trees and limbs sustained damage on campus. Some members of our community have been without power for several days, and are finding help and heat in the homes of JBU friends. Photos of JBU after the storm and students enjoying the ice can be seen in the photo gallery.
