The 2010-2010 JBU men's baskteball team were picked to finish fourth in the SAC based on the preseason coaches' poll released on Wednesday.

Siloam Springs, Ark. (October 21, 2010) — In the SAC preseason coaches’ poll released yesterday, the JBU men’s basketball team is expected to finish fourth this year.

Southern Nazarene claimed the top spot with 119 points. The Crimson Storm, coming off a 27-8 season, collected nine of 12 first-place. Defending NAIA and SAC regular season champion Oklahoma Baptist received the remaining three first-place votes and finished second at 112.

Following the Bison in third place in the poll was Oklahoma Christian with 89 points and 2010 SAC Tournament champion John Brown with 86.

Oklahoma City is fifth with 85 points, followed by Lubbock Christian with 79, Rogers State with 58, Northwestern Oklahoma State with 48, Mid-America Christian with 46, Wayland Baptist with 37, USAO with 19 and St. Gregory’s with 14.

Coaches ranked the 11 teams, excluding their own, from 1-11.
