Commencement Preparation Schedule
Monday, February 4 - Friday, March 15
Date to place regalia orders (gowns, caps, tassels and hoods) with the JBU Bookstore. Shipping is available. For questions about ordering regalia, contact the Bookstore directly at 479.524.7195. The Bookstore will open at 9:00 a.m. on the day of Commencement.
The Herff Jones representative will be on campus, February 21st 10:00am - 2:00pm in front of the bookstore. He will have specials on class rings and information on invitations and other graduation items.

Last day to take CLEP exams and DANTES exams and be eligible to participate in the Commencement ceremony.
May 24, 2013
If a student is to be considered a May 2013 graduate, official evidence of all transfer credit must be received on or before this date.
- To be considered an official May 2013 graduate, we must receive documentation of completed work by May 24, 2013.
- Diplomas will be mailed by July 15, 2013. Please check with the Business Office to make sure your account is in good standing as this may prevent your diploma/official transcript from being released.
- Official transcripts - Federal Privacy Laws state that we must require a signature from the student before we can release any document with your grades on it. If you need to order official or unofficial transcripts, please visit the Registrar Home Page, then click on the Transcript Request form. All instructions can be found on the bottom of the form.
