The mission of Information Technology Services (ITS) is to enhance teaching and learning at John Brown University by effectively serving the dynamic technology needs of the University community.
ITS is committed to serving the academic and administrative computing needs of the University. As part of this mission, ITS operates the Help Desk, Media Lab, and campus computer labs.
The Help Desk, located in the Walker Student Center Computer Lab, provides technical support for all JBU students, faculty, and staff. They are available for 24/7 phone support and have extended office hours for your convenience. The friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Help Desk make it easy to get help with email, printing, connecting to the JBU wireless network and much more.

Friday 7:00am—12:00am (midnight)
